About our Family

All of us worry about heart health; however, the impact is even more significant when you are born with a congenital heart defect. Our daughter, Marianne, was born with hypoplastic right heart syndrome and is a single ventricle patient with tricuspid atresia. She has had two open-heart surgeries, and her fight is not over. She will require future clinical interventions as she gets older, and more funding is needed to improve the medical options available to her to improve her quality of life.
